TalexoAI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the TalexoAI platform and the TalexoAI Chrome Extension collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Data Collection and Usage

The single purpose of the TalexoAI Automator extension is to auto-fill job applications using your existing TalexoAI profile.

• What we access: The extension only accesses the resume data you have explicitly saved in your TalexoAI account.
• What we do with it: The extension reads this data and programmatically injects it into standard HTML input fields on supported third-party job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri).
• What we do NOT do: We do not track your browsing history. We do not sell your data. We do not transmit data from the job portals back to our servers.

3. Extension Permissions Justification

• ActiveTab & Tabs: Used strictly to detect when you are on a supported job portal to activate the auto-fill overlay.
• Scripting & Host Permissions: Used strictly to interact with the external job board's DOM to fill out the application form on your behalf.
• Storage: Used locally on your device to securely hold an authentication token confirming you are logged into TalexoAI.

4. Third-Party Services

The extension interacts with third-party job boards. Your data is only shared with these boards when you explicitly click the "1-Click Apply" or auto-fill button. Please review the privacy policies of the respective job boards before submitting applications.
