1. Digital Subscriptions

TalexoAI provides digital services, including AI resume generation, cover letter generation, and automated application tools. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your TalexoAI subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Refund Exceptions

While all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Failures: If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using the core features of the platform and our support team is unable to resolve it.
  • Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were incorrectly billed multiple times for the same subscription period.
